Terms & Conditions — 7svip

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. These definitions apply throughout the entire document, including any schedules, appendices, or supplementary policy documents incorporated herein by reference.

• "Platform" — The 7svip website accessible at 7svip.ws, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised views, APIs, and any affiliated services operated under the 7svip brand.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" — Any individual who has completed the 7svip registration process and holds an active account on the Platform.
• "Account" — The personal account created by a Member upon successful registration, through which all Platform services are accessed.
• "Balance" — The total sum of real-money funds (denominated in Indonesian Rupiah, IDR) held in a Member's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — Any credits awarded to a Member through promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, or other incentive schemes. Bonus funds are governed by separate bonus terms and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum cumulative betting turnover that must be achieved before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification procedures carried out by 7svip to confirm a Member's identity, age, and source of funds in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering standards.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — Any financial stake placed by a Member on a sportsbook event, casino game, live dealer table, or any other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Force Majeure" — Any event beyond the reasonable control of 7svip, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, pandemics, or acts of war.
• "Prohibited Territory" — Any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.

Use of the 7svip Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older. 7svip enforces the 21+ age restriction without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 7svip or any of its affiliated entities or technology partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform.
• You are not registered as a problem gambler with any recognised self-exclusion registry.

Each individual may hold one (1) account only on the 7svip Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement. All accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and any balances contained therein forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Indonesian identity card number (NIK), email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change.

KYC Verification: 7svip reserves the right to request documentary evidence of your identity, age, and payment method ownership at any stage of your membership. Standard KYC documentation includes:

• A government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or Indonesian passport).
• Proof of address dated within the last three months.
• Bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot confirming ownership of the payment method used.
• Source of funds declaration where deposits exceed applicable thresholds.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by 7svip will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify 7svip immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 7svip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All financial transactions on 7svip are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 7svip does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any such transfers will be rejected and returned (subject to applicable bank processing fees).

Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account that is registered in the same name as the 7svip account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. 7svip reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Deposit Funding Sources: You warrant that all funds deposited into your 7svip account are legitimately sourced and are not the proceeds of criminal activity. Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. 7svip reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit it deems suspicious.

Transaction Fees: 7svip does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 7svip accepts no responsibility.

7svip offers a range of bonus and promotional programs to its members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and seasonal promotions aligned with events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by offer-specific terms published at the time of each promotion.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Unless the specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 10x (ten times) the bonus amount on qualifying products (sportsbook bets at minimum odds of 1.50, or eligible slot games).
• Bets placed on certain game categories — including baccarat, roulette, Dragon Tiger, and other table games — may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%) toward wagering requirements, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are issued on a one-per-household, one-per-IP-address, one-per-device, and one-per-payment-method basis. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.
• 7svip reserves the right to withhold or reverse any bonus where abuse is suspected, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting across accounts, coordinated play, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics.
• Bonuses and promotional offers are available to members aged 21 and above only and are not valid in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.
• 7svip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any already-credited bonus funds subject to an active wagering requirement will remain available until the requirement is met or the bonus expires.

All bets and wagers placed on the 7svip Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product — sportsbook, live casino, RNG casino, or skill-based game. These product-specific rules are published within each respective game or betting interface. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and a product-specific rule, the product-specific rule shall prevail with respect to the mechanics of that product, while this Agreement shall govern all other matters.

Sportsbook: The 7svip sportsbook covers BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Piala AFF, and international events including FIFA World Cup qualifiers. Markets include Asian handicap (voor bola), over/under, 1X2, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) options. Odds are displayed in Indonesian decimal format and are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, odds are locked in except in the case of a manifest error (see below).

Live In-Play Betting: Live in-play markets are subject to temporary suspension during critical moments of a match (goals, red cards, VAR reviews). 7svip accepts no liability for bets that cannot be placed during such suspensions.

Void Bets & Manifest Errors: 7svip reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed as a result of a manifest pricing error, a data feed error, or where there is clear evidence that the outcome of an event was already known at the time the bet was placed. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Member's account.

Maximum Winnings: Individual single-event maximum payout limits apply across all products. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface and may vary by sport, market, game type, and account tier. 7svip reserves the right to limit maximum stakes or winnings for any Member at its discretion.

Slot Games: Our slot library includes titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe, featuring progressive jackpots denominated in Rupiah. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel. All RNG outcomes are independently verified for fairness. Slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles are clearly labelled within the platform's promoted games sections.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7svip Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement agencies:

• Underage gambling — Registering or attempting to use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Identity fraud — Providing false, misleading, or another person's identity information during registration or KYC.
• Multiple accounts — Operating more than one account in your own name or in conjunction with others for the purpose of circumventing betting limits, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other purpose.
• Collusion — Coordinating with other Members to manipulate game outcomes, share hole-card information, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated software — Deploying bots, scripts, macros, or any automated betting or gaming software to interact with the Platform without the express written consent of 7svip.
• Arbitrage and bonus abuse — Systematic exploitation of pricing inefficiencies, bonus conditions, or promotional mechanics in a manner that is not consistent with normal recreational betting behaviour.
• Money laundering — Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or to otherwise facilitate money laundering in any form.
• Hacking and technical exploitation — Attempting to access, modify, reverse-engineer, or exploit any aspect of the Platform's software, databases, or infrastructure.
• Harassment — Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward 7svip staff or other Members via any communication channel.

All content on the 7svip Platform — including but not limited to the 7svip brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, software code, game content, promotional materials, written content, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7svip or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 7svip.
• Scrape, crawl, index, or aggregate Platform data for commercial purposes.
• Use the 7svip brand, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Any unauthorised use of 7svip intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

7svip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available in full at 7svip.ws/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, 7svip collects personal information necessary to operate the Platform, process transactions, conduct KYC verification, prevent fraud, fulfil legal obligations, and deliver a personalised user experience. 7svip does not sell, rent, or commercially transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

7svip employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit TLS encryption, two-factor authentication (2FA), and regular penetration testing to safeguard your personal data. Despite these measures, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure; you acknowledge this inherent risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7svip, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

7svip's total aggregate liability to any individual Member for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall be limited to the lesser of: (a) the net deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) Rp 10.000.000.

Without limiting the foregoing, 7svip accepts no liability for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or browser incompatibilities on the Member's side.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency patches, or third-party infrastructure failures.
• Losses arising from a Force Majeure event.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether direct or indirect.
• Actions taken by 7svip in good faith in response to suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of this Agreement.

Termination by You: You may close your 7svip account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to account closure, you must withdraw any remaining real-money balance. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure if the applicable wagering requirement has not been met.

Suspension or Termination by 7svip: 7svip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has:

• Violated any provision of this Agreement.
• Provided false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC.
• Engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Not logged in for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months (dormant account policy).

Where an account is terminated by 7svip due to a breach of this Agreement, any real-money balance may be forfeited at 7svip's sole discretion. Where termination is due to circumstances outside the Member's control, real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned after satisfactory identity verification.

7svip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We believe that betting and gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity, and we actively support Members who wish to manage their gaming behaviour. The following tools are available to all Members via the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up summaries of your session duration and net result.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30-day, 90-day, or 12-month) or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Cool-Off Period: Apply a short-term break (24 hours to 7 days) from betting without formally self-excluding.

When material changes are made, 7svip will notify Members via a platform announcement and/or email to the address registered on the account. The updated Terms & Conditions will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and close your account in accordance with Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. 7 svip recommends that you review this document each time you log in to the Platform, particularly following any period of absence.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 7svip is licensed and incorporated. 7svip operates as an internationally licensed platform and maintains compliance with the regulatory standards of its licensing jurisdiction.

Dispute Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute between you and 7svip, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 5 business days. If informal resolution is not achieved, the following escalation path applies:

• Step 1 — Internal Escalation: Submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". 7svip will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
• Step 2 — Independent Review: If the formal complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may request that the matter be referred to an independent dispute resolution body designated by 7svip's licensing authority. Details of the applicable body will be provided upon request.
• Step 3 — Arbitration: If independent review does not produce a satisfactory outcome, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body specified in 7svip's licensing terms. The seat of arbitration shall be as specified by the licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
